Two shared parking spaces are available at the house, as well as a washing machine and dryer for shared use. Please note that events are not permitted on the property. Pets are allowed on request; please contact your hosts after booking via the platform. A tennis court and mini-golf course can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Note: For bookings of 2 guests wishing to use both bedrooms, the second bedroom is available on request and can be used for an additional charge.

The apartment is on the quiet edge of the village, surrounded by meadows, mountains, and hiking trails starting right at your doorstep. A shared parking space is available at the house. Two dogs are welcome upon request; please contact your hosts via the booking platform in advance. Events are not permitted on the property. A riding facility for children and adults is about 200 meters away and also offers sledding in winter. Golf enthusiasts will find courses in Hellengerst and Oberstaufen, both less than 15 kilometers away.
